We maintain all facilities with the utmost care; however, damages or malfunctions (e.g., from typhoons) may occur.

• If known beforehand, we will notify you.

• If issues arise during your stay, repairs may not be possible.

• Alternative facilities are not available, and we cannot accept relocation or complaints.
