With that in mind, I produced

THE HOUSE Koajiro marina suite.

The location is Koajiro, Miura City.

Aburatsubo is a famous villa area in Miura City.

"Koajiro" is located in that area.

The clarity of the sea here is truly amazing.

And there were many cruise ships parked there, and the beauty of the sea was amazing.

You can always see them enjoying themselves with grace.

This is a very luxurious building that stands out among all the THE HOUSE buildings to date.

The concept is "If there was a beach in Paris."

This was originally a building made of exposed concrete.

Everything about it is cool. Masculine. Simple. Modern.

The building had the image of a luxurious mansion that you might find in Setagaya, Tokyo.

In a sense, we

On the beauty of the capitalist "symbol of luxury"

Is it possible to add elements that are more natural, gentle, and more relaxing, like a resort?

That thought crossed my mind...

It was a beach project on the Seine River in Paris.

A white sandy beach suddenly appears in the classic townscape.

It is a blend of modern, classic and resort.

Such a beautiful and exciting space!

It all started with the idea that we wanted to create a space with that kind of concept!

This building is limited to three groups per day, and we offer three rooms with different ways to enjoy each one.

You can choose based on who you go with, what you do, and how you spend your time.
