Pool and Cave Suite

A dynamic suite of over 200㎡, featuring a private pool and a private cave.

Descend a rare long spiral staircase overlooking Koajiro Bay, and you will find your own private cave—just steps from the beach.
(Note: The beach is not private. During midsummer, people may arrive from the sea along the rocky shore.)

The suite features a spacious kitchen with a large counter bar, dining area, and living room with an electric fireplace.
Toward the back, there are four double beds in an airy, open layout.

Wide-opening glass doors connect the indoors seamlessly with the terrace, where you can enjoy your private pool and terrace dining with BBQ.

Facilities & Maintenance

We maintain facilities with the utmost care; however, damages or malfunctions (e.g., from typhoons) may occur.

If known in advance, we will notify you.
If discovered during your stay, repairs may not be possible.
Alternative facilities are not available, and we cannot accept relocation or complaints.

Usage Rules

Use of the pool, terrace, and cave is allowed until 9:00 PM only.
For safety reasons, use of the cave and beach at night is prohibited.
Please use the facilities in a way that does not disturb guests staying above.

Options (Advance Reservation Required)

Gas BBQ grill rental: ¥11,000 (incl. tax)

Spiral Staircase, Cave, and Beach Access

For safety reasons, access may be restricted or closed in case of heavy rain, earthquakes, or rockfall risks.
No refunds will be provided in such cases. We appreciate your cooperation.

Daytime Guests

Allowed between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM only
Fee: ¥5,500 per person (incl. tax)
Must be declared in advance
Unauthorized entry: penalty of ¥100,000 per person
Security cameras are installed at the entrance

Pets

Up to 2 medium-sized dogs allowed
Fee: ¥6,600 per dog/night (incl. tax)
⚠️ Use of the pool by pets is strictly prohibited due to hygiene and equipment risks.
If dog hair is found floating in the pool, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
If equipment malfunctions due to clogging, repair costs and compensation for lost bookings will be charged.
